How much do you pay drivers?

We believe in transparency—our drivers always know their rates upfront!

No hidden deductions! You have full visibility into load rates before hitting the road.


Do you offer benefits?

Yes! We take care of our drivers.

Where do you operate?


Where do you hire?

We hire drivers from areas east of Interstate 35.


Do you allow pets and riders?

Your family—both furry and human—can be part of your journey!


How do I get to orientation?

We cover your travel! You’ll receive a rental car or flight to attend orientation.


When does orientation start?


How much experience do I need?


Do you have enough freight?

Absolutely! Our drivers stay busy with consistent, well-paying loads.


Do you use driver-facing cameras?

No, we do not use driver-facing cameras. However, we do have forward-facing cameras for safety.


Can I take my truck home?

Yes! Drivers are allowed to take their trucks home.


Do you pay W2 or 1099?


Do you hire SAP drivers?

Unfortunately, we do not hire SAP drivers at this time.


What’s the speed limit of your trucks?

Our trucks are governed at 70 MPH.


Do you have automatic or manual transmission trucks?

We offer both automatic and manual trucks, but there is currently a waiting list for manual trucks. Check with recruiting for availability!


What types of trucks do you run?

We operate Peterbilt, Freightliner, and Kenworth trucks.
